Golden Tickets Prize Draw

  1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. Entries are automatically submitted by completing the registration online to send your e-card on to a friend. Even if you do not win a Golden Ticket, you will still automatically receive your money off vouchers for the attraction of your choice.
  4.  The prize draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents excluding employees of Tourism South East, VisitBritain, Marwell Wildlife, Red Funnel, Visit Sussex and Four Pillars Hotels.
  5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 31st May 2009.
  6. Winners will be selected in a random draw during the campaign and final winners at the end of the campaign will be drawn by 2nd June 2009.
  7. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The winners’ details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Tourism South East.
  9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Tourism South East reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
  10. No responsibility will be accepted by Tourism South East for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
  11. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  12. When sending your e-cards, your email address and details will be stored by Tourism South East for marketing research purposes only. Our Internet hosts/designers Republique Design Ltd is registered under the British Data Protection Act and any information is collected and held in accordance with these regulations.

The Golden Ticket Prizes

Four Pillars Hotels
The prize comprises: 2 x Golden Ticket free hotel stays. Each prize includes 2 nights accommodation in a standard room for 2 people plus three-course dinner, English breakfast and use of the leisure facilities (where applicable). The prize can be taken at a Four Pillars Hotel of the winner’s choice. Valid until: December 2009.

The prize excludes: (a) Any form of insurance (b) Any accommodation extras (e.g. telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) (c) Travel to and from the destination (d) Any personal expenses and spending money.
The prize is subject to availability and to the following conditions: Accommodation booking should be made directly with Four Pillars with proof of the winning entry and is subject to their availability. The winners must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes.

Marwell Wildlife
The prize comprises: 4 x Golden Ticket Free Family Passes. Each prize includes a Free Family Pass to Marwell Wildlife for 2 adults and 2 children. Valid until: Passes will be valid for one entry valid until 12 months from date of issue.

Winners’ names will be supplied to Marwell and day passes will be issued once prize winners have been drawn. Tickets issued subject to our normal terms and conditions at marwell.org.uk. Not exchangeable for cash.

Red Funnel
The prize comprises: 1 x Golden Ticket for A return (up to 5 days) vehicle ferry crossing from Southampton to the Isle of Wight with Red Funnel for a standard car and 6 passengers (excludes travel on 11, 12 & 15 June, 10, 11 & 14 September). And 1 x Golden Ticket for a pair of Two Day or Period Return Red Jet tickets on the Southampton to Cowes Hi-Speed service (excludes 1 to 9 August 2009). Valid until: Both prizes must be taken before 19 December 2009.
